Privacy Policy
Who we are
Nomad Devs is Alex and Vika Glonti, two developers who build games and apps on the road. This page covers the nomaddevs.club website. Our apps have their own privacy pages.
Our promise
We will never sell your data. Never. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and we never will.
The shout-out wall
Anyone can read the wall. To post or vote, you sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple. The sign-in happens on their page, so we never see or store your password.
What we store:
- A scrambled account id: a one-way code made from your sign-in account. It cannot be turned back into your account.
- The display name you choose.
- Your messages, with the optional place you add, and the time you posted.
- Your votes on other messages.
- A scrambled network id, kept for 48 hours only, to stop abuse.
What we never store: your password, your email address, your photo, or the raw account id from Google, GitHub or Apple.
Messages are public. Anyone who visits the site can read them, with the name and place you wrote.
Deleting your data
You can delete any of your own messages on the wall while you are signed in. To remove everything linked to your account, write to us through the contact form and we will delete it.
Cookies
We set one session cookie, only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. During sign-in a short-lived cookie also protects the sign-in from forgery. We use no tracking, no ads and no analytics.
The contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, your name, email and message are sent to our support inbox so we can reply. We do not put them on the website.
Other services
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and our host keeps standard server logs. Google, GitHub and Apple handle sign-in under their own privacy policies, which we do not control: Google, GitHub, Apple. Our promise above covers what we do.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
